Aerial Skills
One-to-one, half hour sessions taught by Mike Wright of Above & Beyond,
Swinging trapeze solo/doubles. Cloudswing, corde lisse, tisu, hoop, static/swinging, trapeze solo doubles etc. All levels of training offered from complete beginner through to seasoned professionals wishing to enhance their training.
Besides skills learnt, you will develop strength, body awareness, posture, alignment, stamina, confidence, co-ordination. All taught in a structured easy to achieve programme either one to one, or in groups.
