Dance / Movement
Classes, run by Mike Wright. As well as being a world renowned aerial teacher and performer Mike is classically trained in ballet, so the foundation of these classes will be based on balletic principles but without the strict regime! It includes learning different styles of movement such as explosive/controlled/gliding and general dance steps and techniques.
Location: Kingswood, The Gym
Day & Times: Wednesdays 6.30 - 8pm
