City Circus

Based in Circomedia’s new centre in St. Paul’s church, Portland Square ‘City Circus’ is an exciting programme of circus skills classes for 6-18 year olds.

Children and young people get the chance to try out stilts, juggling, trapeze, walking globe, acrobatics and lots, lots more. There is also the opportunity to join a performing group.

Weekly classes will restart on Monday 13th September, 2010.
New times and the year's dates are set out below:

Monday, 4.30 - 5.30pm, Primary Session       £48/£72 - 1st term.
Monday, 5.30 - 6.30pm, Primary Session       £48/£72 - 1st term.
Monday, 6.30 - 8.00pm, Secondary Session  £60/£84 - 1st term.

Term 1
Monday 13th September - Monday 6th December  2010
excepting half term: (25th Oct) 12 week block.

Summer Holiday School

A holiday scheme with a difference.  Participants, whether beginners or advanced, will be able to learn and develop skills in juggling, aerial, acrobatics and balancing, using professional standard equipment and resources in our St Paul's Church centre.  There will also be games and a range of physical activity including warm up and conditioning to keep fit and active! Participants will work towards a performance which will be shown to family and friends on the Thursday afternoon of each week.

Secondary School Age:   Mon 26th July - Thur 29th July, 10.30am - 3.30pm
Primary School Age:   Mon 2nd August - Thur 5th August, 10.30am - 3.30pm
