Adult classes  > Static trapeze

From absolute beginners through to intermediate/advanced students. An all round work out, from a Pilates based warm up and conditioning session, on to the equipment for some aerial training. The classes are a mix of practical, tricks based learning and creative exploratory work, with the aim of devising routines with a bit of character and style.

Classes have a social atmosphere, with everyone working together, encouraging each other and showing the work created, within the class.

No refunds for missed classes.

Drop-in classes/supervised training

Drop-in trapeze sessions:
Drop-in trapeze with Heather Keskinnen will take place every Tuesday from January 2012, 5.45pm - 7pm, open to all abilities. An opportunity for supervised training under the guidance of Circomedia staff.

Supervised training (mixed discipline) session:
Mixed discipline supervised training session, Thursdays 7pm - 9pm with Piers Shearman.  Please arrive early to secure your place, first come first served, please bring payment (by cheque) on the night.
