Static Trapeze is a fantastic way into the world of aerial circus! Beginners can familiarise themselves with aerial work using a solid structure rather than flexible equipment such as silks or ropes.
Trapeze builds core, upper body and grip strength, increases agility and flexibility, and is fun to learn as well as being great for fitness.
In a beginners’ trapeze class you’ll gain a strong foundation to move on to more advanced trapeze skills, venture into doubles trapeze or flying trapeze, or try different aerial disciplines like rope, silks and hoop.
Classes Update: June 2021
Our Adult Classes programme is back from the end of June 2021!
For the summer we’ll be running a short block of classes at our Kingswood site only. We’re still limited in what we can offer right now, but we hope to return to our full programme over the coming months and will have more available from September onwards.

It is important that you understand the risks and responsibilities of attending our classes during this time, and closely follow what you need to bring and how the class will be run. Terms & Conditions
Bookings may only be amended or cancelled up to a week before a block starts – after this, we can’t offer transfers or refunds as standard.
We are not able to offer full or part refunds for classes missed due to illness, injury, or self-isolation – please bear this in mind when booking.
