Aerial Strength & Skill

Improve your technique and build strength using aerial equipment! Suitable for beginners and improvers, this weekly session uses different aerial equipment to teach conditioning and proper technique in a fun and challenging class.

Each week, the tutor will lead you through a series of aerial and ground-based conditioning exercises on various pieces of equipment, and teach you how to target specific parts of your body or work towards specific moves.

You don’t need a particular skill level or fitness level to join the class – the emphasis is on progressing at your own pace! Even if you’ve not done aerial before, you’ll be able to use the equipment to train your body in a new way.

Terms & Conditions
Bookings may only be amended or cancelled up to a week before a block starts – after this, we can’t offer transfers or refunds as standard. We are not able to offer full or part refunds for classes missed due to illness, injury, or self-isolation – please bear this in mind when booking.
