Aerial Strength & Skill | Portland Square | Sundays

Improve your technique and build strength in our brand new dedicated upskilling class for 2020! Suitable for beginners and improvers, this weekly session uses different aerial equipment to teach conditioning and proper technique in a fun and challenging class.

Each week, the tutor will lead you through a series of aerial and ground-based conditioning exercises on various pieces of equipment, and teach you how to target specific parts of your body or work towards specific moves.

You don’t need a particular skill level or fitness level to join the class – the emphasis is on progressing at your own pace! Even if you’ve not done aerial before, you’ll be able to use the equipment to train your body in a new way.
