Mining My Own Business
Ciaran Innes
Can the grit of the community overcome the oppression of unfair employers and landlords? This show is about the adventurous settlers in the biggest mountains in the country, mastering dynamite and rock to develop what became the largest quarry in the world and largest source of self employment in the area.
It explores the history of the land being seized by the wealthy and the cost of living being raised beyond reason while working conditions became harder and harder. This piece is suitable for families.
My Sleepless Mind
Emba Wimbush
You step onto the first stair, its surface cold and smooth under your foot. As you descend, the walls begin to warp. Another step. You take a breath; the air is hot and thick on your tongue. An unfamiliar taste lingers. Was the light always this colour? It flickers. You continue spiralling down into yourself, to where colours are born, and dreams hang in the balance. Shadows form words. You reach the bottom. But it isn’t yours – it’s mine. Let me show you.
Content Warnings: Adult themes, Swearing & Flashing lights.
Will You Tell Them I Was Real?
Envee Greene
A queer horror spectacle of transformation, defiance, and the body unchained.
A surreal and provocative performance unraveling reality, identity, and metamorphosis, this journey plunges into the grotesque, the beautiful, and the unhinged—where flesh, movement, and myth collide. The body is a battleground. The body is a statement. The body is real.
For ages 18+ only
Content Warnings:
Themes of body horror, dysmorphia, and dysphoria
Blood imagery, including film depictions of bodily transformation
References to medication and medical trauma
Loud sounds, sudden noises, and intense lighting effects
Exploration of eating disorders, self-perception, and consumption
Themes of censorship, surveillance, and institutionalisation
This is a queer, visceral, and unapologetically political performance. It does not soften itself for comfort.
Viewer discretion is advised.

Chiaroscuro
Marika Cheyne
Chiaroscuro is an exploration of extremes – the radiant intensity of creation and the depths of stillness, the fantastical and the inevitable.
Through the interplay of aerial silks, trapeze, movement, and painting, this performance embodies the tension between light and shadow, not as opposites but as interdependent forces. Moments of brilliance burn dangerously bright before dissolving into darkness where lies reflection, transformation, and the potential for resurgence.
Chiaroscuro embraces this cyclical nature of existence, revealing beauty in the spaces where both light and shadow coexist, contemplating the ephemeral nature of existence, urging us to find beauty in impermanence.
Content warnings: flashing lights, loud noises, contains themes of mental health
Joy
Sallie Chedburn
In Joy, you are invited to experience a personal exploration of the many faces of happiness, witnessing reflections on what it means to truly experience joy.
Sallie blends vulnerability and exhilaration as you are taken on an open hearted and raw exploration of authentic joy, hedonistic pleasure, and everything in between.
Through the use of aerial, theatre and balloons, Joy becomes a physical expression of emotion – fragile, powerful, and freeing. Throughout, Sallie shares intimate reflections on the complexities of joy, inviting the audience to feel the euphoria, freedom, and connection.
Content Warning: Loud balloon inflation sound.
Delusive
Indica Dhillon Peters
Drift into a world where dreams unravel, and reality rips at its seams. Suspended in the space between the waking and sleep, shadows dance in the darkness and nightmares take shape.
This solo performance explores the depth of subconscious in a breathtaking spectacle of the abstract and absurd, blurring the line between body and illusion. Lose yourself in a surreal journey through the unknown as familiar dissolves and the impossible takes flight.
