Circomedia Tuition Fee Bursary Scheme

Circomedia is committed to making our courses accessible to everyone, regardless of their background, where they live or their income. To support access to our undergraduate degrees, Circomedia has launched a new bursary for students starting their first undergraduate degree in September 2026, who are unable to access the full tuition fee loan available through their UK student finance body.

This bursary can provide up to £3,265, as a non-repayable fee discount applied directly to a student tuition account, to contribute towards covering any gap between the maximum loan provided by their student finance body and the full tuition fee.

The deadline to apply is 23:59 on 31 October 2026.

Apply by submitting your application form found below (yellow button). Please read the criteria, how much you might be entitled to and the terms & conditions before applying.

Bursary Criteria

To be eligible for this bursary you must:

•  Be eligible for tuition fee support from the relevant UK student finance body.

•  Be starting your first undergraduate degree in September 2026 on our Contemporary Circus and Physical Theatre course.

•  Not be able to access the full tuition fee loan of £9,790 for your undergraduate degree study at Circomedia from your relevant student finance body. The maximum bursary award will be no more than the difference between the maximum loan amount from your student finance body and the fee liability of £9,790 (2026/27).

How much is the bursary?

How much can you get, depends on your household income, see table below for reference.

If your household income means you are not eligible for the full bursary of £3,265 you will need to self-fund the difference. You can find out more information about self-funding at the bottom of this page.

To determine your household income, Circomedia will rely on the final household income assessment made by the relevant student finance body. Circomedia will not undertake a separate financial assessment.
