SAND

Presented by KOOK Ensemble

Thu 24 & Fri 25 September, 7:30 pm

Set against Devon’s dramatic coastline, Sand is a non-verbal circus theatre show. Kook Ensemble combines exceptional acrobatics with inventive, emotionally resonant storytelling, exploring dementia, love, and resilience. Visually striking and emotionally resonant, it is a profoundly moving, must-see theatrical experience.

Myles has dementia. Dilly must watch the love of her life drift away and battle with the erosion of his memories…but Dilly is not going to let Myles go easily! Instead, they revisit their past together, remembering the battles and laughter, rediscovering a joy that keeps them connected for whatever future they have left.
