About the class
At the start of class, students will be taught how to properly and safely warm up their bodies as well as their wrists. Once prepared, the class will learn conditioning, flexibility, and body strengthening exercises, and handstand drills that will all work towards the development of the perfect handstand.
The beginners and improvers classes will run alongside each other, with tailored drills and exercises for each class. On occasion the classes might come together for warm-ups or a specific exercise.
