Terms and Conditions 2026
General terms and conditions applicable to all prizes – Raffle tickets can be purchased online at https://go.rallyup.com/circo-raffle/ or in person at Circomedia’s St. Paul’s Church venue. Raffle prizes are as detailed on the website only and cannot be exchanged for other prizes, cash value or credit. Entry into this competition does not guarantee you a prize. Prize winners will be draw from the list of entrants by a randomised programme. There are terms and conditions for each specific prize, some of which are set by the gifting organisation and may not be listed below.
Forwards Festival – The prize winner’s full name and email address will need to be shared with the Forwards Festival team to facilitate the delivery of your tickets. Tickets are valid for the 2026 Forwards Festival in Bristol UK only. Tickets cannot be sold on – if you do not wish to attend, please notify the Forwards Festival team. Forwards Festival Ts & Cs may apply.
Derren Brown Tickets – 1 x pair of tickets to one show in Derren Brown’s 2026 ‘Only Human’ tour, including a meet and greet experience with Derren. Tickets are subject to availability, cannot be exchanged for cash value or credit, and cannot be transferred to someone else’s name. Tickets are for evening performances only during the 2026 Only Human UK tour. Additional venue Ts & Cs may apply.
Brewery Tour for Two from Bristol Beer Factory –
This prize includes a 2 hour visit including tour of the Brewery, 3 gluten free pints from freshly racked kegs, per person, and 2 x free pints and 10% off BBF products thereafter at the North Street Tap Room. The prize winner will be sent a code enabling them to book their spaces on the Bristol Beer Factory Tour. The tour must be booked within one year of the prize being allocated. Winners and attendees must be 18+ and ID may be required in order for the prize to be sent and on entry to the tour experience. Bristol Beer Factory Ts & Cs may apply.
Circomedia Adult Circus Skills Classes – This prize entitles the winner to a 5 to 7-week term of classes on an adult circus skills class of your choice, starting in September 2026. Spaces on these classes are subject to availability, please liaise with the Circomedia team to secure your space.
Circomedia Youth Circus Camp Half Days x 2 – This prize entitles the winner to 2 spaces on Circomedia’s Summer Youth Circus Half Days in August 2026 at our training site in Kingswood. Children must be aged 5 – 11 years old. This prize can be used as 2 x sessions for the same child, or for 2 children to attend 1 session each. Spaces are subject to availability, please liaise with the Circomedia team to book these spaces.
Pair of Circomedia Show Tickets – This prize entitles the winner to 2 x tickets to one show in the Circomedia Autumn Season 2026 (between September and December). Shows will be announced before September 2026. Tickets can be booked by contacting the box office at boxoffice@circomedia.com or calling 0117 947 7288. Tickets are subject to availability and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit value.
More prizes may be announced. Entrants will be in with a chance of winning any of the prizes available by the end of the raffle period on Wednesday 8 July. Winners will be notified by EOP on 17 July 2026.
