Requesting this physical and mental health information is to help you decide whether to seek advice from a medical professional. The audition and the course are both very demanding and can cause strain on the body and mind. Circomedia does not wish to cause any harm or injury to applicants and therefore must assess applicants’ readiness to engage fully in the audition process.
